A few months back, Erik Johnson (CEO/President), Peter Johnson Jr. (COO/President), and Miguel Gonzalez (Senior VP) sat down with the Territory Directors from Houston, Chicago, and Atlanta. They discussed sales, and then decided they would enter into a challenge. If the Territory Directors enhanced their sales from August, they had the potential of getting one or more of Hy Cite Corporation’s senior staff members to shave their heads. If the territories increased their sales by 20%, Miguel Gonzalez would shave his head, 25%, Peter Johnson Jr., 30%, Erik Johnson, and 35% would get Larry Schauff buzzed.
